Advisory Board
Our board is comprised of corporate leaders and educators that bring the vision and fortitude that will aid in the success of A.J. Rhem & Associates, Inc. Our board is a ‘working’ board. A board, which assists company management with key strategic decisions and acts as a catalyst in establishing stronger relationships with financial institutions and venture capitalists. These advisors serve to establish additional relationships with influential parties in business, academia and government. Biographies of the current members of our advisory board are provided below.
Howard Hill, CPA | Mr. Hill is a very involved and committed executive who has more than 25 years of business and community experience both on the local, and national levels. He has extensive knowledge in the financial and accounting disciplines. He has served on numerous boards, both business and community. Mr. Hill has proven ability to understand financial matters and move an organization forward. He has a significant record of accomplishments in managing multimillion-dollar businesses. Mr. Hill is responsible for providing financial and accounting guidance for the organization.
Dr. Larry Medsker – Dean Computer Science (Siena College) | Dr. Medsker is an instructor in the areas of Information/intelligent systems, with emphasis on expert systems, artificial neural networks, fuzzy logic, genetic algorithms, and case based reasoning; hybrid intelligent systems: integration of intelligent technologies; nuclear physics, computational physics, neural computing; knowledge engineering and data mining. Dr. Medsker has written three books, seven book chapters, and over 100 articles in physics, computer science, and information systems. He is recognized as one of the world’s leading authorities in artificial intelligence application and theory.
Alma McGee - Supply Chain Management (WW Grainger) | Alma McGee has over twenty years of experience as an Information Systems professional. She has worked in the insurance and banking industries. Ms. McGee as a consultant assisted numerous clients in the areas of program and project management, business planning, and information strategy planning and systems development. Ms. McGee is currently a Senior Architect with W. W. Grainger, Inc. supporting the Information Systems, Supply Chain and Business Planning departments of the corporation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College and is currently working on a Master of Science degree in Information Systems at Roosevelt University.
