Knowledge Acquisition Framework
Knowledge acquisition is one of the most difficult and error-prone tasks that a knowledge engineer does while building a knowledge-based system. The cost and performance of the application depends directly on the quality of the knowledge acquired. During this process you must determine where in the organization the knowledge exists, how to capture it and how to disseminate this knowledge throughout the enterprise.
